Lili’s Annual Egoshipping Theme Contest

Heeey heeeey ya all! It’s that time of year again :3 The Biggest-Egoshipper-Wh0r3 is baaaack, LOL Anyways, this time around I have decided to have THREE different categories. That way those who are artists or writers or other ‘media art’ can get a chance to win a custom hat
((or other *)) from me ^^

You can ENTER in ONE or TWO or all THREE Categories if you want ^~^

All Entry/Entries from around the world are accepted

DEADLINE –JUNE 13th. I want to give everyone enough time to work on their entry/entries. Also that’ll give me more time to slowly view/critique the entries myself ^,^ As I’ll be doing monthly updates and reminders.

PRIZES – 1st place winner in each category will win ABOUT any custom hat of your choice from my gallery or one I haven’t made. The reason why I mention the word ‘about’ is because depending on what ‘character’ you request I might have to think about it if I want to make it again or even can make it ya know? BUT the Burton’s Mad Hatter hat will NOT be a prize choice for sure. Sorry, that hat takes way too long and a lot of materials/cost goes into it. But I’ll consider doing a ‘credit’ towards it and you pay the remaining ^^ With three hats and paid shipping&handling ((to anywhere in the US or International)) and very lack of free time to do drawing prizes, I won’t have a 2nd or 3rd place prizes.

*IF by any chance you don’t want a hat, I can do a year SUB or purchase a Print off of dA? And to those who doesn’t have a dA account AKA my ff,net friends, we can discuss about another prize or so.


Helpful tips for those who don’t know a whole lot of Gary and Misty pairing…

~Both have big egos/likes showing off
~Both would bicker/fight/clash with each other
~Both Stubborn/thick-head towards each other
~Both good at teasing/taunting comebacks to each other
~Both witty and could be deviant towards each other

Category #1 – Egoshipping (( Gary X Misty pairing )) FAN ART

One entry per person -But you can replace another better entry as long as it's before the deadline.

EDITED 4/16 If you don't have a scanner for your fan art entry, you can take a picture shot of your fan art with a digital or cell phone camera. Just make sure the picture shot is clear and decent to view.

I will not be judging on how well the fan art is drawn, I’ll be judging how well you involve a panda/pandas with Gary and Misty. KEkeke

The Panda is the MAIN ideal concept theme of the Egoshipping fan art >;3 So the panda in the fan art picture can be a plushie form, toy form, animal form, etc. AS LONG as there's a panda or pandas in the fan art.

One thing I ask is to avoid anything that deals with violent/harm/bashing towards the panda or Gary/Misty

EDITED 3/16 ATTENTION- I had a couple of people asking me if they can use anime pics to do a photoshop editing as their fan art entry. And I decided I'll accept "photoshop edited" entry BUT since the entry isn't a traditional/digital drawing the requirement is it has to be in 4 or more comic-panel style form. That way it's a bit fair for those who are drawing their entry. BUT I really want that to be a LAST RESORT ^.^

EDITED 3/28 If you are a crafty person, you can make something and take a picture of it. But the set up still has to be creative with Gary, Misty and a panda involve ^~^

Category #2 – Egoshipping (( Gary X Misty pairing )) FAN FIC

One entry per person -But you can replace another better entry as long as it's before the deadline.

PLOT IDEAL THEME : Method(s) on giving a gift. So I will be looking for who had the best/creative/cutest/etc. way on how Gary or vice versa Misty, giving a gift or gifts of your choosing to one another.

THEME GENERA - Can be Romance, Mystery Suspense, Sci-Fi, Horror/Thriller, Etc. ((whatever fits your plot)) but has to have the above ideal theme. Brownie points, I love humor ^w^ Kekeke

RATING - Can be G, PG, PG-13, T or MA

LENGTH WISE - it can be any kind of length of your choosing BUT as a heads up for brownie points, I like a decent length plot flow oneshot ^.^

Entry/Entries can be posted/loaded on dA or FF.NET or else where is fine.

Oh and other characters can be in it to help your plot flow.

Category #3 Egoshipping ((Gary X Misty Pairing)) MUSIC VIDEO

One entry per person -But you can replace another better entry as long as it's before the deadline.

For this one, I know music videos takes a good amount of time and there aren’t a lot of Gary and Misty clips together ((but a lot of separate )) in the anime. And if need or want to, fanarts are fine to use. Overall I’m not going to be too harsh judging for this one.

The main thing I WILL be looking for is the best song that “fits” for Gary towards Misty/Misty towards Gary/OR towards the two in general.

FYI that doesn't give you a reason for doing a half-ass'd video either please ^.^ I would still like a decent Egoshipping video.

Length wise can be from 1 minute to whatever length of one’s choice of song.
